We have developed the world’s first Liquid Organic Nitrogen (LON) derived from equine (horse) urine using advanced fermentation and purification techniques.This innovative, eco-friendly solution enhances soil health, improves nutrient absorption, and reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers—supporting sustainable and high-performance agriculture.

2. Raw Material: Horse Urine Composition - Horse urine is naturally rich in:

• Urea (primary nitrogen source) 
• Ammonia and ammonium salts 
• Creatinine and uric acid 
• Trace minerals and enzymes 

These compounds serve as precursors for bioavailable nitrogen forms after microbial processing.

3. Fermentation Process - Controlled Fermentation Steps:

•  Collection & Filtration
•  Fresh urine is collected hygienically and filtered to remove debris. 
•  Fermentation Phase (5–15 days) 
•  Biochemical Transformation 
•  Enzymatic breakdown of urea 
•  Formation of amino nitrogen and microbial metabolites 

4. Purification & Stabilization - Post-fermentation, the liquid undergoes:

• Multi-stage filtration (coarse → fine → membrane) 
• Centrifugation for particulate removal 
• Activated carbon treatment (odor & impurity removal) 
• pH adjustment and stabilization 
• This results in a clear, odor-reduced, stable liquid nitrogen formulation.
